From 7:30 pm, when the doors open to the public prior to the game against Aston Villa, the beneficiaries of the main projects that the VCF Foundation carry out will be the centre of attention in the stadium.
Players from VCF Inclusivo, a project that has 65 players with intellectual disabilities and that serves as a powerful motivational and developmental tool, will welcome the players from the first team when they emerge from the tunnel for the official photo, creating a guard of honour with giant Valencia CF and VCF Foundation flags.
A compilation video of the actions carried out by the VCF Foundation last season and the representative members of the 18 collaborating entities with the ADN Mestalla Solidari initiative will be shown on the video screens. This project is now in its third season of building relationships between the foundation and different charities to which Valencia CF give visibility.
Representatives from Cruz Roja, Centro de Transfusión de Sangre de la Comunitat Valenciana, Casa de Acogida Dorothy Day, Asociación de Enfermos de Alzheimer de Valencia, Dragon Boat Remeras, Fundación Oceanográfic, Fundación Anar, Asleuval, Colegio Niños Huérfanos San Vicente, Fundación Bioparc, Payasospital, Mamás en Acción, Bombers pel Món, Dogpoint, Fundación Pequeño Deseo, Casa Caridad, Fundación Aladina and La Casa Grande will all be introduced by the stadium announcer.
Just before the start of the game, 22 boys and girls of 10 different nationalities from Escoles Cor Blanquinegre will also take to the field with the starting XIs. This project uses football as an integration tool helping people with difficulties in schools, prisons and municipalities at risk of depopulation in the Valencian region.
